How removal works

Under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we remove a non-consensual intimate image of an identifiable person within 48 hours of a verified request. Tell us what to remove and where it is, confirm your email, and our trust-and-safety team removes the depiction and preserves the evidence.

• We email you a link to confirm your address. We act once you confirm.
• If you can see the content, identify it by the item id shown next to it; otherwise paste the link or describe the location.
• There is no counter-notice step for this request type.
• To report child sexual abuse material instead, stop and email contact@xerotier.ai. We report CSAM to NCMEC.
