5. Model Ownership and Licensing

You retain all rights to the AI models you upload to our platform. By uploading models, you grant Xerotier.ai a license to host and serve your models for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and deploy any models on our platform.

6. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on per-agent fees as displayed on our pricing page. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you use. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability for our services. Specific SLA terms vary by plan tier and are detailed in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xerotier.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
